How much does shipping cost?

Lind Golf prides itself on very reasonable shipping charges. The shipping chart below is a guide so you can gauge what you should expect to pay for shipping. The more clubs you buy, the lower the shipping cost becomes however all shipments are capped at $25.00.
You can get an exact quote through the shopping cart before you checkout and pay. Simply add all the items you’d like to your cart, select your country and enter your zip code into the freight calculator and click "calculate".

Where is my order shipped from?

All shipments originate from Banksmeadow in NSW, Sydney Australia.

When will I get my clubs?

All orders are typically built and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. In rare cases there may be a short delay in delivery if your order is of an uncommon nature. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

There are two stages to our order process: building the clubs for you and then shipping them out. If you haven’t ordered golf clubs, then your equipment will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will receive a notification email when your order leaves our assembly facility.

Club Build: We custom build your order just for you. We aim to build your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. In some rare cases it can take up to 5 days to build your order however we will contact you if we foresee this occurring. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will not get started until the following working day.

Time to Ship: Shipments by airmail to the US generally take 8-10 working days, however in some cases, may take longer.

Express Post: We offer the opportunity to have your clubs shipped via Express Courier International which is an expedited service. Express shipping is a 2-4 day door to door service. You can choose to have your order sent Express Courier International during the checkout process.

Can I track my order?

Shipments by Australia Post Airmail (8-10 days) cannot be tracked. By choosing Airmail your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Lind Golf will be able to see the shipping status of your order. If tracking is important to you, please consider using the Express shipping option which uses a different carrier and can be tracked. With this option, tracking will be avaialble for the entire transit process.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Lind Golf when your order leaves our warehouse. If your order is trackable, the e-mail will contain a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery via our order.

I ordered a few items but haven’t received them all?

Firstly, don’t panic! It’s our mission is to get your new clubs to you as soon as possible so in some cases we need to split your order into two separate packages which are posted separately. Australia Post only allows packages of particular sizes so if you’ve ordered a few sets of clubs or multiple items including a golf bag, or a number of golf bags, we might decide to send your order in two or more separate boxes depending on the size and weight of your order. This decision does not affect your shipping price but in some rare instances, items are delivered at different times even if they are sent by us together.

How do my items arrive?

Lind Golf take a lot of care in insuring that your clubs are delivered safely and are not damaged on their journey to you. All clubs heads are shrink wrapped in plastic and then covered with bubble wrap which prevents them from knocking against each other and making contact while in transport. Shafts are covered in a protective plastic sleeve which avoids scratching and marking.

Our clubs are packed into high strength corrugated cardboard boxes designed especially to protect golf clubs. We then fill any voids in our boxes with paper filler so the clubs sit still as they make their way to you.
